T1 - An analysis for electrical noise of electric bulb shaped fluorescent tube to maintain security level of medical use RFID tag

N2 - In medical environment, individual identification by RFID can exterminate most of medical accidents, since an automatic identification is available in medical RFID system. Tag of RFID is used identification of patient, staff, medical equipments and so on. The RFID system uses wireless communication to identify the individual. The system is weak from electric noise, since an identification signal is may affected by the noise. On the other hand, electric bulb shaped fluorescent tube is also spread in world wide. An oscillator is used in the tube as a inverter circuit. The circuit oscillates electric noise in LF band. In this study noise level of the electric bulb shaped fluorescent tube are analyzed for safety control of medical RFID system. In the result of the experiment, it is confirmed that the noise level of the electric bulb shaped fluorescent tube are critical for medical RFID system.
