Abstract

(Chemical Equation Presented) Positively shocking: The interchange of cations between alkali-metal fluorides and solid-supported acids (see picture) in an electrolytic system promotes the anodic fluorination of organic compounds to give the corresponding fluorinated products in good to excellent yields.
