Abstract

The configuration of a common optical cable network database using object-oriented database technology is discussed. This aims to simplify the task application flow and exchange large amounts and various kinds of different operation systems data. In addition, a functional model is designed for future task flows of optical cable network operation using data flow diagrams. The prototype database using graphical user interphases is presented.
