Abstract

Crystal growth and characterization of MgB2 under high pressure and temperature in the Mg-B-N system were discussed. The relation between structural and superconducting properties were also studied. Results showed that the Mg-B-N system is very promising for crystal growth of MgB2 under high pressure.
