Current status of energy conservation refurbishment of non-residence buildings utilizing the subsidy system

Abstract

We studied the current status and issues of energy conservation refurbishment projects by questionnaire survey. The target respondents of this questionnaire were recipients of the national subsidy system for energy-saving refurbishment in FY 2012 and 2013. One of the features of this study is to have grasped the current status about insulation refurbishment of non-residence buildings with few repair examples. There were much refurbishment of windows, roofs and ceiling insulation. And most of them were partial insulation refurbishment. Factors of selection of refurbishment parts were large energy-saving effect and the building use conditions.
