N2 - Peptide nucleic acid (PNA) conjugated peptides, derived from HIV-1 Rev, were designed and synthesized in order to construct molecules that recognize HIV RRE IIB RNA. The competitive binding analyses using fluorescent Rev peptide revealed that the PNA unit on the peptide affected the RNA binding.
