Abstract

Telemonitoring is one of the emerging fields, where the healthcare professionals meet the client via the web-based system, communication and information provided via personal digital assistant such as smartphones personal computers. Clients in inaccessible areas are currently able to access their health-care suppliers through real-time monitoring, conferencing and alternative varieties of technology. This approach is applicable to the emergency situation to establish communication between the patient who is in an isolated area and rescue team with the support of drone technology. Therefore, in this study, we are going to present a basic study of design a drone-based telemonitoring system as a solution of the patient who is in an unreachable area. Furthermore, from the system we are able to identify the alive person with their thermal image and established smooth communication in the environment which was unable to establish communication protocol like Wi-Fi, GPS, etc.
