Abstract

We made improvements on frequency resolution of CW GaP THz Spectrometer as a result of linewidth narrowing of light source (GaP THz Signal Generator) by frequency locking control of pump lasers. Highly precise spectrum by a coherent light source could be obtained in wide frequency range.
