Hybrid integration of laser diode and magneto-optic waveguides based on adhesive bonding

Abstract

Adhesive bonding for integrating a laser diode and an optical isolator was investigated. The coupling efficiency was calculated by beam propagation method and experimental results of adhesive bonding were demonstrated.
