Abstract

A method for immobilizing an intact liposome onto a solid material has been studied for applications in sensing devices and microreactor systems. We prepared peptide-modified microwells with a submicron size (<300 nm), using focused ion beam milling on a glass material to immobilize single intact liposomes.
