Abstract

High saturation magnetization of Nd-Fe-Co-V bulk exchange-spring magnets was discussed. These magnets were fabricated by spark plasma sintering and consist a hard Nd2Fe14B phase and a soft α-Fe phase. It was found that there is high saturation bulk magnetization in the bulk-exchange-spring magnets.
