N2 - In this paper, we improve a synthetic reconstruction (SR) method without samples to synthesize population of a whole nation by modifying a generation method of the initial population. We modify our Simulated Annealing-based household reconstruction method in three points to reconstruct populations of all prefectures in Japan. We consider more members in each household, the number of males and females in households of "couple, children and a grandparent," and parents of husband and wife in "couples and parents (or a parent)". From the reconstruction results, we can see that parents of both husband and wife should be considered. We can also see that considering the statistics on "unmarried male or female" or the statistics on the number of children in "couple, children and grandparents" is useful in determining the number of male and female in "couple, children and a grandparent.".
