Abstract

This paper describes a supervisory and control system for Satellite Digital Communication Service (SDCS). The developed system realizes rapid transmission of important alarm information and enables speedy fault location and system diagnoses. To achieve these results the following schemes have been developed: (1) a tree-like processing of alarm signals for reduction of transmissive information; (2) high- and low-speed, two-subframe structure for prior transmission of important and urgent alarm signals.
