Abstract
In the event of a disaster, it is important to maintain the functions of buildings that will act as a base for operations. Here, we proposed an evaluation method to determine whether maintenance of building functions will be possible in the event of a disaster, and performed a case study on an actual building. Among all the information that is necessary for continued usage of important work space in the event of a disaster, the amount of information that can currently be monitored through central monitoring system is expressed as an index called the rate of awareness.
