Abstract

It was researched to use the thumbnail image using satellite communication in disaster. We proposed a method of thumbnail image size to select a desired image quickly. As a result, we clarified the fastest value that was possible to detect a desired image from many thumbnail images. It became effectively for image selection and communication line sharing.
