Two-Directional TiNi Shape Memory Alloy Film

A study was performed on the two-dimensional titanium nitride shape memory alloy film. The characteristic temperature of the metallurgical phase transitions were measured by the four-probe resistance method. The results showed a frequency response of 5-12 μm thick films as fast as 50 ms.
