N2 - We have constructed a CW THz spectrometer, of which light source was a THz Signal Generator on the principle of Difference Frequency Generation in a GaP crystal, and of which detector was a mechanically cooled bolometer on the principle of Transition Edge Superconductor of Niobium. A liquid helium free wide frequency range high-resolution CW-THz spectrometer could be realized. Combining with the all solid state pump light sources developed mainly for optical communication and mechanical cooler to keep bolometer device at low temperature all the time, the spectrometer is now working as nonstop system.
