抄録

Using the heat load calculation program(LESCOM), we conducted the thermal load simulation in the houses using the weather data of the resent Japan meteorological Agency in Tokyo for 60 years. 1. The annual cooling load tends to decrease in Tokyo, from 1960 to 1969, and since 1972 to 2019, there is an increasing trend. 2. The annual heating load has tended to decrease in 1960 to 2019. 3. The maximum instantaneous cooling load in Tokyo tend to decrease in 1960-1969, and then increase until 1972-2019. 4. The maximum instantaneous heating load has tendency to decrease by 1960 to 2019.
