N2 - At the KENCHIKUKAIKAN (Architectural Institute of Japan) Building in Tokyo, the air conditioning system which combined heat recovery type heat pump package air conditioning units and use of solar heat was applied. The data related to the system have been collected a long period as a case of solar system which was installed in urban area. From the data in heating and cooling season, actual condition of the system operation was made clear, and the periodical value on solar radiation, collected heat, the average collection factor etc. was obtained.
