We have studied the mechanical properties of Y-Ba-Cu-O rods with and without resin impregnation using the vibration load experiment with the load of 5-55 N at the frequency of 40 Hz. The time decay of materials properties was monitored by measuring the trapped field. Bulk Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor without resin impregnation was broken at the vibrations of 18700 times, while that with resin was broken at 100500 times, exhibiting more than five times larger durability against the vibration load. X-ray tomographic observations showed that cracking was mainly formed along the cleavage plane, although the stress was applied perpendicular to this plane.
