N2 - Precise measurement has been carried out on a sustainable office building in Tokyo for five years. Energy evaluation shows that the primary energy consumption of the building is about 57 to 61% of bench mark building and life cycle CO2 emission is about 32 to 35% smaller than bench mark building. Monthly weather data and consumption of service water and natural gas for five years are also shown.
