抄録

For the purpose of spreading middle or large scale timber construction, a production system based on Japanese conventional house construction was aimed to establish. At first, the production characteristics and major construction work's productivities were grasped by investigating the detached residential and non-residential building. Next, the production system which merges production planning methods of general constructors and advantages of timber construction was defined. And finally, its effect was confirmed by using production process simulation.
