The demonstration of three-dimensional optical recording inside nail using femtosecond pulse laser was presented. Bit arrays were recorded inside nail to demonstrate three-dimensional optical storage. The relations between irradiation pulse and bit size were investigated. The presence of threshold of irradiation pulse energy for bit recording inside nail was shown by the investigations.
